Tower Hamlets Council is proud to presenting three community fireworks displays across the borough in this Bonfire Night.
This year stunning fireworks will light up the skies across the borough with three displays taking place simultaneously to ensure no one misses out..
Displays will be taking place at 7.30pm at:-
- Millwall Park
- Bartlett Park
- Weavers Field
Organised by the Council’s Arts and Events Team and renowned pyrotechnicians Walk the Plank, this year’s Guy Fawkes celebrations are promised to be just as spectacular and jaw dropping as previous years.
Bringing fountains of colour, sparkling Roman candles, and beautiful shapes in the sky, the free displays are aimed at people eager to celebrate Bonfire Night in traditional style.
Come and celebrate November 5th with fabulous and free local fireworks.
Please note that due to space limitations, there will be no funfair or food concessions this year.
Please note that fireworks (including sparklers) and glass bottles will not be allowed into the park.
There is NO PARKING at any of the venues and visitors are advised to use public transport. To allow safe movement of the audience to and from the events there may be some road closures and bus diversions in place. Please see further details on the attached document. The London Fire Brigade’s top three Bonfire Night tips are:
- Attend organised displays – they’re much safer than holding your own.
- Never leave bonfires unattended and make sure they’re fully out before leaving them
- Light bonfires well away from sheds, fences, bushes and trees
