Money Matters Month

The government is changing the benefits system as part of its plans for welfare reform. If you are claiming benefits, you may be affected.

money mattersTo help residents with these changes, the council is holding a ‘Money Matters Month’ event on each Saturday in November. The nearest one to Mile End will take place this Saturday when you can find out:-

  • What is changing during welfare reform
  • How much benefit you could lose
  • What your options might be
